General Notes

During the Summer 22 June 5 September, we rent only for periods of at least 5 days.
In other periods, minimum stay: 2 nights.

In bridges Christmas, New Year and Easter the prices are those of the average season.

• we accept payments by cards VISA and MASTER
• final cleaning € 30,00 – room € 20,00
• additional bed, + 10 € per day
• bed linen and towels:
(1 bath towel, 1 face towel, 1 bidet) on request € 10,00 / change

* The apartment on the ground floor 4 places and the room 2 Seats are possibly communicating.

Conventions

The guests can take advantage of favorable conditions for lunches and dinners at the trattoria Mezzavalle and restaurant Pesci fuor d'acqua di Portonovo.

We also have an agreement with a handling which it is located within walking distance from the Stone House. Our guests will be offered horseback riding within the Conero Park at subsidized prices.

You can also make free use of all the services offered by cooperative Forestalp within the Conero Park and beyond: walks and excursions, nordic walking, trekking. For further information see website.

Besides housing dogs and other animals from the countryside, we have an agreement with a boarding kennels which it is about a kilometer from Gigli House.
